A full website relaunch for an independent media outlet. From concept through design to going live in Framer, handled end to end.
Starting Point
The Brief
Johannes Vision is an independent media brand focused on spiritual guidance, mindfulness work and mediumship sessions. The previous website was built on the Hoststar website builder and had aged poorly. The design felt outdated and didn't reflect the essence of the work.
A second issue: the client could barely maintain the site independently. Updating content, editing copy, adding new offerings, all of it was cumbersome with the old system and relied on outside help.
Design & Execution
Framer as a
production environment
The design follows a minimal, clear visual language. A soft colour palette, calm typography and intuitive navigation that authentically reflect Johannes's work.
Framer wasn't used as a prototyping tool but as a full production environment. From the first wireframes to the live website, with no handoff in between.
Client Empowerment
Built in Framer so
the client can
shape it himself.
A central goal of the project was client independence. The site was structured in Framer so Johannes can adjust certain elements, text, images and offerings himself, without needing any design experience.
After launch, he was personally onboarded and briefed. The result: a client who understands and can maintain his own website.
